Chiropractic Services for Auto Injury
A chiropractic adjustment is a manual procedure, done with either the doctors hands or an instrument, to manipulate joints of the body that are restricted. The purpose of the adjustment is to restore and increase joint function helping to alleviate joint inflammation, reduce pain, and increasing the flow of the nervous system allowing the brain to communicate with the rest of the body efficiently.
At Elite Spine and Health Center, we believe that a fun and enjoyable environment improves our patients faster and we do all we can to provide a great experience.
Therapeutic exercises are a part of the general approach to the patients looking to achieve:
– a better posture
– treat muscle imbalances
– preparing for surgery or recovering from one
– increasing muscle metabolism and calories expenditure
Therapeutic exercises are services offered at our clinic with our Rehab Therapist. Our patients are provided with a self-workout plan, created based on their own needs and their desired physical activity.
Additional Services Include:
MFR is a soft tissue technique that helps correct fascial restrictions to return tissue back to normal function. Our body is made up of a large network of thick web-like fibers that are interconnected with muscles, bones, nerves, and organs all throughout the body. When we have biomechanical dysfunctions, we develop fascial restrictions, which ultimately starts a chain reaction and increases your risk of injury.
Biofeedback is the process of gaining awareness of our physiological movements. The re-education of the muscles are controlled by a biofeedback “game” that allows us to understand what the imbalances and dysfunctions are and how to correct them.
With biofeedback, we treat:
– Imbalanced and asymmetrical muscles
– Core control and coordination
– Hand-eye-leg-foot coordination
– Strengthening and controlling core stabilizers
